"I saw Lauren staring at you just now!" Peter whispering over my right ear.
I turned my head to the left. She's sitting beside Mayumi, still wearing the same old jacket like before. The black biker's one. I looked at her. I saw she faltered, and then her face crumpled once more.
"What?" I asked her briefly.
"You owe me a penny." Then she went away, leaving me there blankly.
